1. Who We Are and What These Terms Are

Infinite Profit Network LLC is an Oregon limited liability company. It does business as Automate & Dominate. In these Terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person using our websites, forms, texts or store, and the business you use them for.

These Terms are a contract between you and us. By using our websites, signing up for a free guide, agreeing to texts, or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Words We Use

"Websites" means automateanddominate.io, automateanddominate.io/store-page and any page we run for our store.

"Products" means the digital guides, playbooks, checklists, prompt packs, templates and other files we sell or give away, paid or free.

"Services" means the work we do for a business, such as automation, websites, voice agents, chat widgets and review automation.

"Texts" means SMS and MMS text messages.

3. Who May Use Our Websites and Products

You must be at least 18 years old. Our Products are made for people who own or run a business.

When you use our Websites, you agree not to:

1. Give false information, or enter someone else's phone number or email.
2. Send spam or harmful code through our forms or chat.
3. Copy our Websites or Products with bots or scrapers.
4. Try to break into, overload or harm our Websites or the tools behind them.
5. Break any law.

4. Buying Products

Checkout. Payhip runs our checkout and delivers your download. Payhip and Stripe process your payment. We never see your full card number. Payhip's own terms also apply at checkout.

Prices. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page before you pay. Sales tax, if any, is added at checkout and handled by Payhip.

Delivery. After checkout you get a download link on the screen and by email. Save your file. If a link stops working, email us and we will send it again.

Mistakes. If we list a wrong price or description by mistake, we may fix it or cancel the order and refund you.

5. Refunds

All sales are final on digital downloads. If a file won't open or you were charged twice, email us and we'll make it right.

Email [email protected] with your order email and what went wrong. Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Most problems are fixed with one email.

6. Your License to Use Products

When you buy or download a Product, we give you a license. A license is permission to use the Product. Your license is:

1. For your own business only. You, your owners and your staff at that one business may use it.
2. Not exclusive. Other people can buy the same Product.
3. Not transferable. You cannot give or sell your license to anyone else.

You may:

1. Read, print and save the Product for your own business.
2. Copy the scripts, texts, emails and templates into your own business tools, change them, and use them with your own customers.

You may not:

1. Resell, rent, give away or share the Product or any part of it.
2. Post the Product, or large parts of it, online, in a group, in a course or in a membership.
3. Share your download link or file with other businesses.
4. Use the Product to do work for other businesses, such as agency or consulting work, without our written OK.
5. Use the Product to make a product that competes with ours.
6. Remove our name or copyright notice from the Product.

If you break these rules, your license ends right away and you must delete your copies. We may also take other legal steps.

7. Who Owns What

We own our Websites and Products. That includes the text, designs, templates, scripts, prompts, workflows, software, logos and the Automate & Dominate name. Buying a Product gives you a license, not ownership. Everything not given to you in section 6 stays with us.

If you are a client, your data is yours: your customer list, conversation history, bookings, reviews and your business phone number. Our client agreement explains this in full. The software, templates and workflows we use stay with Automate & Dominate.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.

8. Free Guides

Free guides follow the same license as paid Products in section 6. To get a free guide, you give us your first name, email and phone number. We send the guide by email. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not needed to get a guide. See section 10.

9. No Promised Results

Our Products and Websites teach ideas and share examples. They are for information only.

1. We do not promise any result. That includes more inquiries, calls, sales, reviews, search rankings, savings or income. Your results depend on your business, your market, your effort and many things we do not control.
2. Any example, number or story we share is not a promise that you will get the same result.
3. Our Products are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
4. Text and email templates are examples. Before you text, call or email your own customers, you must get the consent the law requires and follow phone carrier rules. You are responsible for how you use our templates.
5. AI tools can be wrong. Check anything an AI tool writes before you use it. Do not put private customer, health or payment information into AI tools.
6. Our Products may mention other companies' tools. Those tools can change their features, prices and rules at any time. We are not responsible for them.

10. SMS Terms (Text Message Terms)

Program name. Automate & Dominate Texts.

Who sends the texts. Infinite Profit Network LLC, doing business as Automate & Dominate.

How you join. You join by checking a text box on one of our forms, such as the free guide form on automateanddominate.io/store-page. Each box is optional and starts unchecked. You do not have to agree to texts to get a free guide or to buy anything.

What we text

1. Request texts, if you checked the request box: your free guide link, answers to your questions, and reminders about a call you booked.
2. Marketing texts, only if you checked the marketing box: tips, new guides and offers from Automate & Dominate.

Texts may be sent with automated technology.

How often. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT, or email us. We will send one text to confirm you are opted out, then no more texts. To join again, reply START or check the box on our form again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any text, or email [email protected].

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP first or email us, so we do not text the new owner of that number.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text opt in data and consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. See section 5 of our Privacy Policy at https://automateanddominate.io/privacy.

11. Emails

If you sign up for a free guide or buy a Product, we may send you emails about it and about our guides and Services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

12. Our Services

We build automation, websites, voice agents, chat widgets and review automation for businesses. Services are quoted on a call. They are covered by a separate written agreement that you sign. If that agreement and these Terms ever disagree, the signed agreement controls for those Services.

13. Other Companies' Websites and Tools

Our Websites link to other companies, such as Payhip, Stripe, Google, Instagram and YouTube. We do not control them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

14. No Warranties

We work hard to make our Products useful and correct. But our Websites and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty that a Product fits a certain purpose, will get a certain result, or is free of errors, and any warranty that our Websites will always be online or free of viruses.

15. Limit on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

1. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, or any indirect, special or punishment damages.
2. Our total liability for any claim about our Websites, Products or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product the claim is about, or $100, whichever is more.

Some laws do not allow these limits. If a law like that applies to you, these limits apply only as far as that law allows.

16. Your Promise to Cover Us

If you break these Terms or misuse a Product, such as texting people without their consent, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.

17. Oregon Law and Where Disputes Go

Oregon law governs these Terms, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

If you have a problem, email us first. Most things get fixed fast that way.

If we cannot work it out, any lawsuit must be filed in the state or federal courts in Marion County, Oregon. You and we agree to those courts. Either of us may still use small claims court for a claim that qualifies.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top. The Terms in place on the day you bought a Product apply to that purchase. If you keep using our Websites after a change, you accept the new Terms.

19. The Rest

1. If a court finds part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
2. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
3. We may transfer these Terms if our business is sold. You may not transfer them without our written OK.
4. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any signed Services agreement are the whole agreement between you and us about these subjects.
