1. Who We Are

Infinite Profit Network LLC is an Oregon limited liability company. It does business as Automate & Dominate.

In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Infinite Profit Network LLC, doing business as Automate & Dominate. "You" means anyone who visits our websites, fills out one of our forms, chats with us, texts us, books a call with us, or buys from our store.

Email: [email protected]

We are based in Salem, Oregon.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers:

  1. Our websites, automateanddominate.io and automateanddominate.io/store-page.
  2. Our forms, chat, booking calendar, texts and emails.
  3. Our digital store, where we sell downloadable guides and give away free guides.

This policy does not cover:

  1. Payhip, Stripe, Google or any other company's own website. Each one has its own privacy policy.
  2. Data we handle for our clients about their own customers. Our written agreement with each client covers that data. See section 13.

3. What We Collect

Free guide form

  1. Your first name, email and phone number.
  2. Which free guide you asked for.
  3. Your answer to each of the two optional text message boxes, and the date and time you checked them.

Store purchases

Payhip runs our checkout and delivers your download. Payhip and Stripe process your payment. We never see or store your full card number.

After you buy, Payhip sends us:

  1. Your email address.
  2. What you bought, your order number and the amount you paid.
  3. Whether you agreed to get marketing emails.

Payhip's order record may also include other order details, such as your IP address.

Website chat and forms

What you type into the chat or a form. This can include your name, email, phone number, business name and your message.

Booking calendar

Your name, email, phone number, business name, your answers to the booking questions, and the time you pick.

Texts, emails and calls

  1. Messages you send us and the replies we send you.
  2. Your text and email opt outs.
  3. If you call us, our AI voice assistant may answer and take your message. We keep the call recording, the transcript and your message so we can get back to you.

Data collected automatically

When you visit our websites, we and our service providers may collect basic device data. This includes your browser type, device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you to us, and your rough location based on your IP address. We collect this with cookies and similar tools, and with Google Analytics when it is turned on. See section 7.

4. How We Use It

We use your information to:

  1. Send you the free guide you asked for.
  2. Deliver what you bought and answer questions about your order.
  3. Answer your chat, form, email and text messages.
  4. Set up, confirm and remind you about calls you book.
  5. Send texts only if you checked a text box (see section 5).
  6. Send emails about our guides and services. You can unsubscribe at any time (see section 8).
  7. Understand how people use our websites so we can make them better.
  8. Keep records our accountant and the law require.
  9. Protect our websites and stop spam, fraud and misuse.

5. Text Messages and Your Mobile Number

We only text you if you agreed to it. Each text box on our forms is optional and starts unchecked. You do not have to agree to texts to get a free guide or to buy anything.

There are two kinds of texts:

  1. Request texts. Texts about something you asked for, like your free guide link, answers to your questions, or reminders for a call you booked.
  2. Marketing texts. Tips, new guides and offers. You only get these if you checked the marketing text box.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts from us. Reply HELP for help. Our full text message terms are in the SMS Terms section of our Terms of Service.

Your mobile number is safe with us:

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text opt in data and consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt in data and consent are left out of every other kind of sharing in this policy. The only companies that receive them are the texting providers that deliver our messages, such as GoHighLevel and the phone carriers, and only so the texts can be sent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

6. Who Else Gets Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising.

We only give your information to:

  1. Service providers who help us run the business. They may use it only to do work for us. They are:
    • GoHighLevel: our customer records, email, text messages, website chat, forms and booking calendar.
    • Payhip: our store checkout, file delivery and sales tax.
    • Stripe: card payments for store orders.
    • Google: website analytics and business email and file tools.
  2. Anyone the law requires. This includes a valid court order, subpoena or government request.
  3. Anyone we need to protect our rights, our customers or the public from fraud or harm.
  4. A buyer of our business, if the business is ever sold. The new owner must follow this policy. Your text message consent does not move to a new owner. They would need to ask you again.

Section 5 limits all of this for your mobile number and text opt in data.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use them to make our pages work and, when Google Analytics is turned on, to count visits and see which pages people use.

Your choices:

  1. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our pages may not work as well.
  2. You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt out tool for your browser, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

8. Emails

We send two kinds of emails:

  1. Emails you need, like your free guide link, your order receipt and call confirmations.
  2. Marketing emails, like tips and offers about our guides and services.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and we stop sending you marketing emails. If you told Payhip at checkout that you do not want marketing emails, we do not send them.

9. How Long We Keep It

We keep your contact information until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the reasons in section 4.

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

We keep a record of your text and email opt outs so we never message you by mistake.

10. How We Protect It

We use trusted service providers, strong passwords and two step login on the accounts that hold your information. No website or system is 100 percent secure, so we cannot promise your information will never be exposed. If a breach happens that the law says we must tell you about, we will tell you.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to:

  1. Tell you what personal information we have about you.
  2. Give you a copy of it.
  3. Fix anything that is wrong.
  4. Delete it.
  5. Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.

To ask, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request." We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. We may need to keep some records, such as order records required for taxes, or a record that you opted out.

If we say no to your request, you can reply and ask us to look at it again. We will explain our answer.

Oregon residents: Depending on the size of a business, the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act may give you more rights. You can learn more from the Oregon Department of Justice at doj.state.or.us.

12. Children

Our websites, store and services are for adults running a business. They are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not sell the information of anyone under 16. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

13. If You Are a Client or a Client's Customer

If you are an Automate & Dominate client, your data is yours. That means your customer list, conversation history, bookings, reviews and your business phone number. We handle it only to run the services you hired us for, under our written agreement with you. The software, templates and workflows we use to run those services belong to Automate & Dominate.

If you are a customer of one of our clients, that business decides how your information is used. Please contact that business first. If you contact us, we will pass your request to them.

14. Links to Other Websites

Our pages link to other websites, like Payhip, Instagram and YouTube. We do not control those websites. Their own privacy policies apply.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is big, we will also post a note on our website or email you.
