How long does it take to get my system live?

It depends on what we are building and how fast we get your logins, brand assets, and intake answers. You get a real timeline on the discovery call, and we move as fast as you do.

Do I own the systems you build?

Your data is always yours: your customer list, conversation history, bookings, reviews, and your phone number. You can log in and see everything while we work together. The automations run on our platform, which is what you pay us to build and keep running. If you ever leave, you get a full export of your contacts and history, and we walk through all of it on the Discovery Call so there are no surprises.

What does the Engine Activation cover?

The Engine Activation is a one time investment that covers discovery, engine design, the build, integrations, and team training. Everything that happens before your system goes live. This is not a template install. Every system is built for your business.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

There is a 3 month minimum starting from your Commencement Date. After that, service runs month to month and can be canceled with 30 days written notice before your next billing date. Payments are not refundable once work has begun.

We're not tech people. Can you still work with us?

Yes. Most of our clients are great at their trade and have no interest in becoming tech people. That is exactly who we build for. We handle the technical side, train your team on it, and stay available after. You never need to know how it works under the hood.

What happens to my team's day to day?

The busywork comes off their plate. The calls that get missed at lunch, the same text typed for the tenth time, the reminders nobody has time to send, all of that runs on its own. Your team spends their hours on the parts that actually need a person. Growing the team stays your call, and plenty of owners add people once the system is running.

What if I only need one thing automated?

I am Jeff Ballard Jr. I build and run the automation that answers phones, follows up, and books appointments for local businesses. I started Automate and Dominate because I kept meeting owners who were great at the work and buried in everything around it. The systems that handle all of that already exist. They were just built for big companies. So I build the same thing for a small team, sized right and done for you.

Why I Started This

Every shop I walked into had someone good running it. And that person's best hours were going into typing the same reply again, moving an appointment, copying a quote into a document, updating a list nobody looked at. Work a system should be doing, while they do the work only they can do.

Big companies have run this way for years. Their phones get answered, their follow up goes out on schedule, their bookings happen overnight. I build the same kind of system for a small team, around the tools and the way you already work, so nothing about your day has to change to use it.
